Making a Reservation

How do I book a room or event space?

To make a reservation, create a profile at members.leveltwocoworking.com/join then navigate to Reservations to select the date, time, and room type.

Is there a minimum or maximum rental time?

The minimum reservation time for any space in our facility is 1 hour. Maximum reservation times will be based on availability and may not exceed the 7am to 11pm facility hours of operation.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Meeting Rooms and Conference Rooms may be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Our community studio event venue may be reserved up to one year in advance.

Can I tour the space before booking?

Yes! You can schedule a tour of our facility at https://calendly.com/level-two-inc/tour

Can non-members rent rooms at Level Two?

Yes!  You will need to have a profile on our membership platform in order to make a reservation, but you do not have to have an active paying membership to make a reservation.

What types of events is Level Two best suited for?

Level Two is the perfect space for small to large meetings, workshops, networking events, leadership summits, strategic planning, team building, and luncheons. After business hours and on weekends, Level Two is an excellent place to host private parties and social events with a little more energy!

Pricing and Payments

What is included in the rental fee?

All rentals include ultra-high-speed guest wifi, free coffee, free parking, access to public restrooms, and the technology amenities listed above. Community studio rental includes access to the kitchenette and island. 

Are there discounts for members or non-profits?

Level Two Members with active paying memberships enjoy included meeting room and conference room credits, unlimited coworking facility access, and discounted facility rental.  Level Two also extends a courtesy 20% discount to registered non-profit organizations.

Is a deposit required?

Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, and electronic bank debit through our membership and reservation portal.

Capacity and Setup

How many people can each room accommodate?

Room capacity varies from 1 person in a Focus or Phone Room to 80 persons in the Community Studio. The capacity for each room is listed above.

Can we rearrange furniture ourselves?

Yes, guests are allowed to rearrange un-fixed furniture within the space they have rented for the duration of the rental provided all furniture is moved back to its original location and there is no damage to the furniture or property.

Is setup and teardown time included in the rental?

90 minutes of setup time and 60 minutes of teardown time are included in Community Studio rental of 2 hours or more. Additional time should be added into the paid rental window.

What technology is included?

Ultra-high-speed WiFi is included with every rental, along with the technology amenities listed above for each individual space. Special technology including microphones or projectors must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.

Food and Beverage

Can we bring our own food or catering?

Absolutely! Level Two welcomes personal and professional catering of your choice.  Guests must be on site to receive food deliveries and refrigerated food storage space is not guaranteed.  Hot plates or burners are not included with the facility.

Is alcohol allowed in the space?

Yes, alcohol is allowed in the space after 6pm on weekdays and on weekends provided a TIPS-certified individual is on site during the duration of the alcohol service.  This low-cost 3-hour certification is approved by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission is valid for 3 years and ensures responsible alcohol service. Logistics and Location

Is free parking available?

Yes!  We are located within The Shops at Perry Crossing outdoor mall in Plainfield, Indiana and there is ample free parking onsite.

Is the space ADA accessible?

Yes!  We have onsite ADA parking, accessibility ramp, automatic doors, and elevator access to the second floor.

How early can we access the space before our event?

An electronic key can be accessed via the app with your membership platform login 15 minutes prior to the start of your reservation. For earlier access to the facility, please contact our team to make arrangements in advance.

Are there loading/unloading options for event materials?

We have 2 unloading options for materials. Guests may temporarily park alongside the sidewalk at our facility entrance to unload at the elevator doors.  For larger items, we do have a freight elevator located towards the dumpster access cove to the east of our doors.  Access to the freight elevator must be obtained through the interior of the building first, as the ground level doors at that location remain locked for exit only.

Other Policies

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund. Failure to cancel the venue rental reservation within 14 days prior to the scheduled event will result in the user being billed for the full venue rental fee.

Are there restrictions on decor?

Decor is welcome in the space so long as it is not affixed to the walls in any manner, or affixed to furniture or fixtures permanently or in a way that will damage the surface upon removal. Loose glitter is not allowed in the facility. Guests are responsible for set-up and break-down of any outside equipment or decor, including waste removal, and for returning any furniture and equipment in the space to its arrangement prior to the event.

Do you allow outside vendors or instructors?

Yes! Caterers, vendors, and instructors involved with a scheduled event may begin setup only as indicated in the rental agreement. The individual who made the reservation is responsible for all coordination, clean-up (including waste removal), damage, vandalism, or theft.

Do you provide in-kind facility use for Level Two sponsors?

Yes, we do often provide complimentary facility use to our Level Two 501(c)3 sponsors. To discuss sponsorship opportunities and customized benefits, please email us at [email protected].
